POSW was invited to speak to an audience of planners, developers and agents from across the UK about placemaking and innovative approaches to plan making in Wales.

On 17th December 2022, POSW was invited to speak to an audience of planners, developers and agents from across the UK about placemaking and innovative approaches to plan making in Wales. Tom Evans, POSW vice Chair, spoke about how undertaking detailed concept planning on development sites, and working collaboratively with development partners on those sites, can be a great example of public sector leadership in strategic planning and delivering sustainable places.

The coming into force of the new TAN 15, originally scheduled for 1st December 2021, was suspended by Welsh Government and POSW have been working to shape the terms of the revised document.
