On 6th September, POSW was invited to speak to an audience of planners, developers and agents from across the UK at the RTPI Northern Ireland Annual Conference in Belfast. Tom Evans, POSW vice Chair, presented the Welsh perspective for delegates that had assembled to discuss how the new Plan-led system in Northern Ireland can deliver for communities.

Revised Technical advice note (TAN) 15: development, flooding and coastal erosion
The coming into force of the new TAN 15, originally scheduled for 1st December 2021, was suspended by Welsh Government and POSW have been working to shape the terms of the revised document.
